In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

Simple Solutions

The "immigration" problem has a simple solution. The solution? Remove the shelters. Make it a felony to rent, lease, or sell housing without identification and proof of citizenship, or a valid permit.

I know some might think this is harsh, but I'm angry about the tremendous amount of tax dollars used to deal with illegal aliens. They are not citizens, don't give a rodent's fanny about the United States, and their actual worth to the economy is blown out of proportion by those that benefit from cheap labor and government programs. All are criminals, many are violent offenders, and the United States suffers from them being here.

It's time this problem is handled. Enough is enough.

  1. Yep.I heard a guy call in to a show the other day asking "What's with all the expense of a wall?"
Just make sure they can't get work.
Fry the guy that give it to them.

    1. Every employer has new employees fill out an I-9 form and provide two acceptable identifications. Failure to have this information can lead to fines of up to $10,000.

The laws are stiff, but the prosecution is lacking.

  3. Nothing will be done until the right person's family (Read: High-profile silver spoon Socialist) is murdered by an illegal. Even then, multiple excuses will be made, by both RINO and Dimocrat/Communist politicians, in order to keep the flood of cheap labor and future Dimocrat/Communist voters coming.

    1. The media suppresses too much of the criminal acts of illegal aliens. That's a failure on their part, and the reasons are political.

  4. If elected, I will build the wall. I will do away with sanctuary cities. I will do away with so-called birthright citizenship. I will end welfare transfer payments as they exist today. I will incarcerate all criminals. and on the 7th day, I will golf.

  5. I lived for a few years in a town a spit-and-a-holler from the Mexican border, so this was naturally a much discussed and much decried issue among Husband's coworkers. What kind of surprised me was the coworkers who were vehement-est (is too a word, shush) were Mexican, naturalized American citizens. They hated that the ones sneaking across the border, the ones generating all the bad press, cheated. The guys H worked with went through a process that would try a saint's patience to get legal. One guy was still making six hour round trip weekend visits to his family who was still stuck in Mexico awaiting the enormous amounts of paperwork and red tape to clear so Dad, Mom, and kiddos could be a family in one place. Set these guys to work at ferreting out the ones who sneaked and cheated and I suspect it would be cleaned up in a year.

    1. My friends of Hispanic heritage feel the same. They know the determined efforts of their family were finally rewarded with citizenship, and they valued being part of the United States.

I'm sure many that cross the border have the same longing for liberty, but too many only want the money and will return home to live, when they have enough.
