Hillary Clinton's biggest regret is what happened in Benghazi. Now, I don't know how you think, but I don't regret anything I never was responsible for happening, such as the weather, or automobile accidents in another state.
I consider her regret an admittance of incompetence and culpability. Anyone that even considers her for President is due for consideration of "The Biggest Dumbass of the Year" award.
She's not worthy to transfer piss from one toilet to another.

Delete6 years ago she was already about one year into campaigning to be POTUS. She's learned from the experience. Hold off until the race starts so that people don't get burned out on you, meanwhile make empty apologies for past misdeeds a few months before the race starts to lessen the impact if the misdeeds are brought up during the campaign. The sad part is that it will probably work for her since most voters on the left are poorly informed and about half of the independents cast emotional votes.
