They used to hang horse thieves. Justice was quick, and horse thieves didn't repeat their crime.
I feel that's what we should do with car thieves and hackers....and probably crooked politicians. The damage they cause is life changing, destructive and can ruin lives.
Don't forget the sub-humans who abuse defenceless animals.
