I have no clue why this song appeals to me, but it does. Perhaps because I have always believed that we do this go around here on earth more than once.
In the last 40 something years I've listened to that song, I never payed attention to the lyrics, until today. They're deep. I just liked the guitar work, without any accompanying musicians.
Always liked Jimi. Sad when he left. It was very confusing times then. Course I was only in my 20s. But man, his guiter could talk.
