In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

What Can They Do?

Some judges are ignoring opinions by the Supreme Court. So, what can they do? Cut off their paycheck? Write them a nasty letter? Kidnap their dog? Send an enforcer to threaten mayhem? From what I've seen, the nasty letter is about all they do. I'd rather they send an enforcer.

  1. Well that’s exactly the issue, isn’t it? A power vacuum is in the making. At some point We The People and They The Politicians will have to start ignoring the judiciary. It’s the only way forward - it’s that or be ruled by corrupt judges. You can’t run a republic on a corrupt judiciary.

Which is the point of all this I suspect.

    1. I think many of the judicial system know of the danger of failing to police their judges. They don't seem to be in the majority, and if they drag their feet like they do in court, they'll not like the outcome.

  2. A long walk off a short pier may help. Or simply shoot them. The enforcer idea is a good one.

    1. Some judges need their chains jerked. Their pompous disrespect of their oath need to be shown as a bad decision.

  3. technically they can hold them in contempt, in jail, indefinitely. but no one wants to be the first to pull that trick out of the bag, lest it get used on them.

    1. I wonder if they realize their inaction places them all in the same category of reprobates.
