In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

Old Led Zeppelin for a Sunday Afternoon

5 comments:

  1. I swear we are "brothers from different mothers".

This song came on yesterday as I was listening to Pandora. I paused in the shop to listen to it and said to myself. I need to just post up some of the good ol' Led Zeppelin.

Like this one, Tangerine, Achilles Last Stand, No Quarter. Etc.

Great song Jess, I have it playing now as I work on prep for business tomorrow.!!

    Stay safe

    1. I'm guessing you're a child of those that survived the Great Depression, fought in two terrible wars, and were amazed by men walking on the Moon.

In a way, we're all brothers.

    2. Born in 62. My maternal Grandfather drove landing barges at Okinawa and Iwo Jima. I was too young to appreciate it and missed opportunities to ask about it. My paternal grandfather was a cop for 40 years. I would go as a young child and stand in line at roll call some mornings :) My father and uncle both served during Korea but were stationed in Berlin ( luckily, I guess).

  2. I saw a humorous meme the other day... it said something like, "My neighbor called the cops on me for playing Led Zeppelin music too loud. They had him arrested."
