In Case You've Wondered
My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.
If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com
One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.
I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

if there is a Calexit, we should keep California and move them into Minnesota. They can have Minnesota. We would just need a border wall.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking we just send those wanting to leave to Canada. Of course, Canadians will be upset, but I doubt they do anything, and many will apologize for being so outspoken.
DeleteAfter they're gone, we can allow the Mexicans to stay, but they have to learn English, be able to recite the Bill of Rights from memory, renounce their foreign citizenship, and agree to not accept any government assistance...that and if they send any of their money South, they're immediately taken to the Texas border, and thrown naked into the Rio Grande.
To continue Jess's comment:
ReplyDeletewhere, below Amistad dam, several semi trailer loads of 'gators "escaped into the river."
While I fully embrace the concept of ridding "America" of what is now known as California, there are several downsides for "US". First, the majority of the people residing in the state of California are not "Fruits and Nuts" or loose marbles who have rolled there. Second, "we" would have to relocate a great deal of infrastructure associated with the importation of goods from our friends in the orient. Major ports would have to be established/expanded in Oregon and Washington, both of which are questionable when it comes to embracing the "Californication" of the west coast. Finally, the new "Federales" of the Nation of Calexico would probably want to put up a fight as the Federal Government of the United States of America dismantled assets in order to move them elsewhere within the remaining 49 states that embrace the concept of a democratic republic. While Farmers and Ranchers could not take the soil with them, they could certainly take the seed, livestock and where with all with them as they packed up the U-Haul for a hasty exit to more friendly climes. On the bright side, air pollution would improve as millions of people no longer would be there with a need to drive to work.
ReplyDeleteIf I had to guess, I'd think those that produce in California are not happy with the Socialist in their capitol. They have a strong coalition, but not enough votes to shape the state government. Those people I have sympathy for, since the thieves steal their money and use it to buy votes from parasites and aliens.
DeleteI would re-think that one, Jess. You know what they say about socialists and other people's money. If I understand them correctly, they are financially bankrupt as well as morally. When those animals go broke and get hungry - they start hunting. Maybe now would be a good time to be rid of them.
ReplyDeleteAt the very least, a financial firewall should be set up around them to keep them from looting other states.
California would be whipped in line with a cessation of federal funds. Maybe that's the best thing to do.
