In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

Lame Duck Madness

The EPA, fearing a Romney victory, is burning up money to finish restrictive coal regulations.

"...More than 50 EPA staff are now crashing to finish greenhouse gas emission standards that would essentially ban all construction of new coal-fired power plants..."

For those of you that work in the coal industry, manufacture equipment for coal fired electrical generation power plants, service companies, or rely on the electricity from a coal fired plant, the economic impact will hurt. You are being singled out by environmental activists in the private sector and the EPA. They're punishing you for their unfounded beliefs and using the government to terrorize taxpayers.

  1. I hope Romney's first act if he becomes President is to abolish the EPA and start over.

  2. Me too. That and a whole lot of other agencies that need to go.
