If the U.S. is a machine, I'm part of the group that turns the nuts and bolts. We're necessary and the more we're hurt by the crummy economy, the more the machine lacks the care needed to run efficiently.
We may not seem important, but we are and we're pissed.
In Case You've Wondered
My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.
If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com
One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.
I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

I once told a visiting evangelist I was introduced to (when asked my position on staff) that I was "just a little toe in the Body of Christ".
ReplyDeleteHe immediately said that without the little toe, the body looses balance.
This country is becoming unbalanced.
Yep and those that turn the nuts and bolts are not taking this laying down.
