In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

Somebody 'Splain This

I looked at my stats, where visitors were from and found my own blog was the source of most of the visits over the night. What the heck?

  1. I have the same thing. A while back I found a place to check so that my own visits to my blog weren't added to the visitor stats, but that didn't seem to make a difference. I don't pay much attention any more except to check for spam comments.

    1. I get very few spam comments and I didn't know there was a way to check if your own visits around your blog could be separated.

  2. I'm wondering if it's because your site now wants to add a pop up ad. Started getting that about a week ago. I just now accepted the pop up and it when to some advertiser which I'm assuming you've added.

  3. And it does it on every single page. Including when you post a comment. Ugh.

  4. I removed the converter gadget. That's the only thing I can think of that corrupted my blog. Hopefully, when I deleted the gadget, a spammer burst into flames.

  5. That did it. Converter must have carried with it a pop up spam.

  6. Well good. I still hope a spammer burst into flames.
