I was looking at the National Hurricane Center 7 day forecast. Something in the Caribbean is anticipated to form, and will enter the Gulf of Mexico. At this time of the year, with the change in weather patterns, such systems are more likely to travel to the Eastern Gulf, which will lead to another storm affecting Florida. They don't need it, and the states just inundated with so much rain don't need it either. Maybe it will fizzle out, and nobody is affected.
In Case You've Wondered
My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.
If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com
One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.
I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

Dear Lord, no, no more water/rains/storms for the South-SWest. I/We pray every day and evening for those who have to go through this and for those who've lost so much, if not everything.
ReplyDeleteHow's things around you, Jess?
We've been blessed with extremely clear skies, low humidity, lows in the low sixties, and highs in the mid to upper eighties. We're almost in drought, but rain will eventually arrive.
Deletethe weather manipulators are working overtime to punish florida and the south. they have been circling the next two storms since they crossed the african coast. pray for the folks in the smoky mtns.
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping it doesn't make it worse.
ReplyDeleteOuch!!!
ReplyDeleteReports show the devastation is some that may not happen but only centuries apart. Places along the Gulf of Mexico, and on the East Coast, settled for long periods of time, were flattened by natural disasters that generations may never see.
