In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

This Song Is One Of the All Time Greats

Some songs are great; not that they're extremely complicated, or clever; the sentiment grabs you and won't let you go.

  1. It's not so much the tune, but the sentiment that gets you.

    1. Billy Joel wrote the song in response to his seven year old daughter asking about what happens when you die. I think he did a good job of trying to explain something that perplexes us all.

  2. Can't see anything, not even a song title. But you said Joel, and are probably right. Which one?

    1. Lullaby. The original video has better vocals.

Billy Joel is aging, had some rough times, but still is one of my favorites.
