In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

Examination

I was examining the right side of my blog page, and digesting the number of visitors. At this moment, 234,378 visitors found my little section of the universe.

For those that are human: I am humbled by the amount of visits. Even if you didn't like the blog, at least I piqued your curiosity, and you took a chance.

For the bots: May you find peace, when a spam erasing program ends your existence.

  1. You're welcome. I don't comment often, but I read a lot.
    And, yes, I'm human :)

    1. I'm glad you're human, although I am a little suspicious. With the new spam programs, there's no telling what nefarious critters are lurking on the internet.

Still, having people read the random things that cross my mind is an honor. Thanks for visiting.

  2. Like Suz, as far as I know, I am also semi-sentient and appreciate your writings. As for the bots, sometimes i like to chum the monitored internet waters with a hot-button key word or phrase and watch the bots circle my blog like a feeding frenzied school of piranha. Plus, hit counts.

    1. If you ever determine what is a 100% success, use the words for your economic vantage. Spammers love words that line their pockets.

  3. I like to comment to encourage, as others do for me (such as yourself and that "Blade" guy.

    1. And you do, Ed. Writing, without readers, is frustrating.

Thanks for keeping an eye on my corner of the world.
