In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

The Window to the Soul

They say music is the window to the soul. I think that's a good description and discovering how to imbed videos may turn into an obsession.

Peer inside. You can always click away, if you don't like what you see.

  1. Did you know you can change the default size of the video window? You can fill your space better and make the video easier to see.

    1. No I didn't. Does it require editing with HTML?

  2. When you click on the embed tab, look for a drop down menu below with video size. The sizes they have listed will keep the proper proportions, but if you get to playing with the custom, if you aren't careful you can distort the picture. All it does is change the size definitions in the HTML code that you copy and paste into Blogger's post editor. You could alter that yourself if you wanted to.

  3. I've also changed the size of my text area relative to the sidebar column as well by getting into the template HTML. I noticed some videos I posted disappeared to the right, so I widened it up to stop that. You'll notice you have a ton of room at the far left and right edges.
