In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

We Pay the Salaries of Bumbling Idiots

"...This [White House Communications Agency] guy opened an email he wasn't supposed to open," the source said...".

I don't know about you, but when the Obama Administration is given their walking papers, Washington D.C. needs to be fumigated for dumbass syndrome.

  1. The article doesn't say if the W.H. communications guy that enabled the hack was fired or not. Everything else about this administration seems to be based upon the Peter principle so I'm guessing he was not.

  2. If it's like most public entities, you'll find somebody employed strictly due to some mandate, instead of qualifications, and they'll be promoted.

Twenty year from now, they'll get a full ride retirement of 80% of their salary for the rest of their life.

Meanwhile, I'll probably still be working because they decided to commandeer my 401 K and only give me a small amount to pay for what medications they decide I can have. I will stay strong enough to take a few out with me when I go.;)
